1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at partners@plixernochexil.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding:

  • Original shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund including shipping costs, or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

11. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

12. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees when you purchase goods or services.

Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include:

  • Acceptable Quality: The product must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match any description we provide
  • Fitness for Purpose: The product must be fit for any disclosed purpose
  • Match Description: The product must match any description we provide

12.2 Your Rights Under ACL

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have rights to:

  • Request a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Recover compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state/territory consumer protection agency

These rights are in addition to our return policy and cannot be excluded by any terms and conditions.
